Terms of Service

Service Agreement and Scope

These terms govern all services provided by Outback Signal Works including site assessments, equipment supply, installation services, and ongoing maintenance. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Our services are limited to the installation and maintenance of carrier-approved cellular signal enhancement equipment in compliance with ACMA regulations and manufacturer specifications.

Quote Validity and Pricing

All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Pricing is based on site assessment findings and may be subject to adjustment if site conditions differ from initial survey results.

Final pricing includes all equipment, installation labor, and initial system configuration. Additional costs may apply for site preparation, power supply modifications, or access requirements not identified during initial assessment.

Installation Requirements and Site Access

Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to installation sites and ensure all necessary permits and approvals are obtained prior to installation commencement.

Installation scheduling is subject to weather conditions, equipment availability, and site accessibility. We will provide reasonable notice of any scheduling changes.

Equipment Warranty and Performance

All equipment carries manufacturer warranties as specified in product documentation. Installation workmanship is warranted for 12 months from completion date.

Signal improvement results depend on various factors including terrain, distance to cell towers, and existing infrastructure. While we strive for optimal performance, specific signal strength improvements cannot be guaranteed.

Regulatory Compliance and Approvals

All installations comply with ACMA regulations and use only carrier-approved equipment. Customers are responsible for ensuring any required building or planning permits are obtained.

We reserve the right to refuse installation if regulatory compliance cannot be achieved or if installation would violate carrier agreements or ACMA requirements.

Payment Terms and Conditions

Payment terms are net 30 days from invoice date unless alternative arrangements are agreed in writing. A deposit may be required for large installations or custom equipment orders.

Late payment fees may apply to overdue accounts. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts in arrears.

Maintenance and Support Services

Optional maintenance plans provide ongoing system monitoring, preventive maintenance, and priority support. Maintenance terms are specified in separate service agreements.

Emergency support is available during business hours with response times varying based on location and service level agreements.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of equipment and installation services provided. We are not liable for consequential damages, lost profits, or business interruption resulting from signal booster performance or service interruptions.

Force majeure events including severe weather, natural disasters, or regulatory changes may affect service delivery without liability.

Intellectual Property and Confidentiality

All technical documentation, system designs, and proprietary information remain the property of Outback Signal Works. Customers may not reproduce or distribute this information without written consent.

We maintain confidentiality of customer site information and technical details in accordance with our privacy policy.

Service Modifications and Cancellations

Service modifications may be requested prior to installation commencement and may result in pricing adjustments. Cancellations must be provided in writing with reasonable notice.

Cancellation fees may apply for custom equipment orders or if installation teams have been dispatched to site.

Safety and Risk Management

All installation work follows industry safety standards and workplace health and safety regulations. Customers must disclose any site hazards or safety concerns during the assessment phase.

We maintain comprehensive insurance coverage for all installation activities and require customers to maintain appropriate property insurance.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be achieved, disputes will be subject to mediation before proceeding to legal action.

These terms are governed by South Australian law and any legal proceedings will be conducted in South Australian courts.

Technology Changes and Upgrades

Cellular technology and carrier requirements may change over time. While we strive to provide future-compatible solutions, technology upgrades may be required to maintain optimal performance.

We will provide reasonable notice of any technology changes that may affect installed systems and offer upgrade options where available.

Environmental and Sustainability Considerations

We are committed to environmentally responsible practices including proper disposal of old equipment and energy-efficient installation methods where possible.

Solar-powered options are available for remote installations to minimize environmental impact and reduce ongoing operational costs.

Terms Modification and Updates

These terms may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in our services, technology, or regulatory requirements. Customers will be notified of significant changes through our usual communication channels.

Continued use of our services after terms modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
